***Bringing you the very finest minerals ebay has to offer!!***

Gratonite

Excelsior Mine, Cerro de Pasco, Daniel Alcides Carrion Province, Pasco Department, Peru

1.84cm x 1.34cm x .96cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

A rare, old time example of gratonite from the type locality in Peru!!! This specimen consists of group of rare gratonite crystals in association with another unidentified species!!! The gratonite crystals are arranged in a handsome radiating group of crystals perched on a "stalk" comprised of smaller intergrown gratonite crystals!!! The crystals are well formed and have bright metallic luster!!! Upon close examination with a loupe or scope, the other associated species is present as fine, skeletal cubic crystal groups that are quite intruiging upon close study!!! Rare, OLD material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
