Gordonite & Millisite on Wardite Clay Canyon, Fairfield, Oquirrh Mts, Utah Co., Utah 4.22cm x 3.2cm x 1.6cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A rare combination of species from this classic locale!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of tiny whitish crystals of millisite on green wardite in association with yellowish crandallite and other unidentified phosphates!!! There is also a spray of grayish gordonite crystals present as well!!! While the crystals have a greenish hue in the pics, this is only from the green wardite underneath - in person the crystals are a smoky gray translucent with lighter colored terminations!!! The ball of green crystals is actually quite well crystallized, although it was difficult to capture in the pics - there is a lot more going on with this specimen than the pictures show and there are no doubt several other species in association!!!
