Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of rare, palladium-rich gold from Venezuala!!! This specimen consists of a complexly crystallized gold placer!!! Upon close examination one can see much more detail to its crystalline features as well!!! This specimen is a complete floater crystal and is complete all around!!! I found this single crystal to be simply incredible - rarely do you see SOLID, single floater crystals of native gold like this!!! The unique form and hue are partially a result of the palladium content!!! We were lucky enough to acquire a small suite of crystals that represent truly unique and unusual crystalline examples of this rare material from Venezuela!!!
