Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of native gold and rare altatite from Canada!!! This specimen hosts a significant showing of slightly iridescent altaite in association with buttery yellow native gold throughout the matrix!!! There is an impressive area of crystalline altaite prominently exposed on the matrix!!! In person, the altaite is quite three-dimensional and showy!!! The native gold has a deep, buttery yellow hue that stands out in contrast to the silvery altaite!!! Upon close inspection there appear to be some other tellurides in association as well!!!
