Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this famed species from California!!! This specimen consists of a curious group of hoppered gold crystals, aesthetically perched on a quartz matrix!!! The hoppered forms appear to have been either etched or re-crystallized, at some point in their formation, resulting in the curious "fuzzy" appearance you see here!!!
