Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely incredible example of gmelinite from Laurel Hill!!! This large specimen consists of a showy plate of large, undamaged, light peachy-pink crystals of gmelinite to over 2cm in association with some colorless crystals of apophyllite!!! The gmelinite crystals have bright glassy luster and have wonderfully complex triangular growth hillocks on their faces!!! This is a KILLER Laurel Hill gmelinite from the collection of Ken Hogan, one of the localities foremost collectors!!! This specimen retains Ken Hogan's typewritten label affixed to the specimen as well!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!!
