Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of crystalline friedelite from Sterling Hill!!! This specimen is comprised entirely of friedelite crystals!!! The crystals are very sharply formed and in fantastic condition!!! The crystals have characteristic amber brown color with marked luster and translucence!!! When viewed on edge one can see that the crystals are up to over 2mm long!!! Rarely do you see such fine examples of crystalline friedelite!!! This specimen came from the collection of Franklin collector Gary Grenier!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
