Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of erythrite with cobaltite from Morocco!!! This specimen consists of a cobalt-rich matrix that hosts numerous sharp crystals of cobaltite and an elongated vug lined with showy, acicular crystals of intensely colored erythrite!!! The cobaltite crystals are present as sharply defined cubic crystals with octahedral modifications to over 3mm!!! Examples of acicular erythrite from this locality are quite rare and this specimen is simply gorgeous in person!!! This is old material from this location and is quite unlike anything seen from this locality in recent decades!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
