This specimen has fantastic provenance, belonging to Carl Stenz, John Sinkankas, and well-known Butte collector and scholar Bob Jenkins!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of intergrown, huge and complex crystals of enargite!!! The enargite crystals range in size up to an astonishing 4.5cm!!! You just don't see Butte enargite crystals of such incredible size!!! This specimen was one of the finest enargites in Jenkin's collection, and undoubtedly the largest!!! I must say that, although there are some condition issues, this specimen is WAY better than the pics show!!! If this specimen were pristine it would be a 5-figure specimen for sure!!! This specimen retains its original Sinkankas labels (with Stentz notation) and Jenkins personal collection label!!! This specimen is priced well into the 4 digit range!!!
