Diaboleite with Caledonite, Cerussite, Leadhillite, Brochantite, & Wherryite

Mammoth-Saint Anthony Mine, St. Anthony deposit, Tiger, Mammoth District, Pinal Co., Arizona

2.8cm x 2.6cm x 2.45cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

A fantastic example of this rare species from Tiger!!! This specimen hosts a significant showing of bright royal blue diaboleite in association with a single gemmy crystal of caledonite!!! There are numerous other species in association as well!!! The diaboleite is much more crystalline than the pictures show and, upon close inspection with a loupe or scope one can see several characteristic "window-pane"-like crystals of diaboleite!!! The caledonite crystal has gorgeous color, glassy luster, and gem clarity!!! There is a LOT going on with this specimen and there is very much to see under magnification!!! Classic Tiger material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 5-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY JULY 28th!!!
