Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of cuprite from this classic locality!!! This specimen is comprised almost entirely of crystalline cuprite!!! This specimen consists of a showy cluster of large, sharp octahedral cuprite crystals that exhibit a pronounced deep red fire!!! The crystals are sharp and lustrous with striking ruby red color and marked translucence!!! The flashes of intense red color within are pronounced and dramatic in person!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently in person!!! Simply a stunning example of this esteemed species!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
