Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of cuprite from the Congo!!! This specimen consists of pair of conjoined cuprite crystals in association with a small amount of green malachite!!! The cuprite crystals exhibit sharp, modified octahedral form with bright glassy luster and deep red color!!! The crystals show marked clarity and lively flashes of ruby red within!!!
