Description/Interesting Notes:

An old time example of cuprite from Russia!!! This specimen consists of a complexly modified octahedral crystal in association with some quartz crystals and a small amount of matrix!!! The crystal is sharp, lustrous, and has deep red color with lively flashes of bright red within!!! This is old collection material and likely dates to the 19th century!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Rare, old time material!!! STAY TUNED!!!
