Cumengeite with Anglesite

Amelia Mine, Boleo District, Baja California Sur, Mexico

1.6cm x 1.36cm x 1.22cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

An absolutely incredible example of this sought after "Holy Grail" mineral species from Mexico!!! This specimen hosts a large, complex compound crystal of cumengeite in association with numerous other cumengeite crystals on an anglesite crystal matrix!!! The main crystal measures well over 1cm and there are several other significant cumengeite crystals perched along side it, as well as numerous tiny crystals scattered across the matrix!!! The main crystal has multiple parallel terminations with sharp, lustrous faces!!! Many of the crystals exhibit some complex etching on their faces as well!!! This specimen is WAY better than the pictures show!!! This is a very significant cumengeite specimen indeed!!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED MONDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 3-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 2nd!!!
