Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of crocoite from Germany!!! This rare, old time specimen hosts a striking crocoite crystal prominently perched in a sparkling, quartz-lined vug in association with intensely colored yellow and green pyromorphite crystals!!! The crocoite crystal has rich, intense red color with marked luster and sharp, complex faces!!! There are also numerous smaller crystals of crocoite present as well!!! The pyromorphite ranges in color from near yellow to an intense chromic green!!! There may be a small amount of vauquelinite present as well!!!
