Description/Interesting Notes: A rare and unusual example of native gold in conichalcite from Arizona!!! This specimen consists of a portion of nearly solid, bright green conichalcite that hosts numerous small grains of native gold!!! There are numerous tiny areas of bright, buttery yellow native gold scattered across the specimen's broad face and, upon close inspection, one can see areas where the gold is partially included within the conichalcite as well!!! This is very unusual old time material and retains an old label from Forest Cureton as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
