Compreignacite with Metazeunerite and Uraninite Marshall Pass District, Saguache Co., Colorado 3.7cm x 2.45cm x 1.35cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare species from Colorado!!! This specimen consists of a combination of jet-black uraninite with greenish metazeunerite and a rich showing of yellow-orange compreignacite!!! The specimen has been cut and polished on two sides to further exhibit the specimen's richness and allow for further study!!! This specimen retains a previous label with species confirmation details (XRD, etc.) and notation that the specimen was collected in the early 1950's!!! Upon close examination with a loupe or scope, one can see various areas of crystallization around the specimen as well!!! Simply a terrific example of this rare species!!! Rare Colorado material!!!
