Description/Interesting Notes:

A classic, old time example of "blister copper" chalcopyrite from Cornwall!!! This specimen consists of a handsome cluster of botryoidal chalcopyrite crystals!!! These characteristic, botryoidal chalcopyrite crystals are known as "Blister Copper"!!! The botryoidal chalcopyrite crystals have a showy golden metallic hue and a somewhat unique glittery sparkle on the surface!!! This specimen is from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum and retains its original Michigan College of Mines label and its original antique glass lined museum specimen box!!! This is classic, old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!!
