Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this very rare thallium bearing species from the type locality in France!!! This specimen hosts several significant veins and stringers of dark, black chabourneite in a matrix of massive baryte with some scattered grains of dark red smithite and realgar as well!!! This specimen hosts several significant, eye visible areas of chabourneite distributed throughout the matrix!!! Simply a fantastic example of this rare species!!! This specimen was collected by prodigious field collector Frank De Wit!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
