Description/Interesting Notes: A large and impressive example of this rare species from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of an unusually large single crystal of boleite!!! While it is difficult to appreciate from the pics, this is actually a highly complex single crystal that exhibits overall cubo-octahedral form!!! The crystal has gorgeous, intense royal blue color with marked luster and areas of marked translucence!!! Rare material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
