5.33cm x 3.64cm x 2.44cm

Ex. Dr. A Lincoln Sherk Collection (1896-1970)

Ex. Dr. Egee Collection

Description/Interesting Notes:

An old time example of bismuth and silver from Canada!!! This specimen hosts a group of highly complex crystals of native bismuth perched amoung lustrous quartz points on a native bismuth-rich matrix!!! The native bismuth crystals have a unique, iridescent patina and exhibit some highly complex forms!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or scope, one can see a few tiny wires of native silver tucked among the native bisumth crystals!!! One can see that the matrix is densely populated with native bismuth crystals as well!!! A unique, old time specimen from the locality!!!! This specimen retains an old handwritten label from the Dr. Egee Collection as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!!
