Description/Interesting Notes: A unique example of "beta quartz" from Pala that was self collected by John Sinkankas!!! This specimen consists of a complex single crystal of beta quartz that exhibits some curious features best appreciated in person!!! The crystal has some unusual crystal faces that are difficult to discern in the photos!!! This specimen retains an original label from John Sinkankas that is also autographed by him as well!!! The crystal also retains an additional label that was affixed to the crystal that will also be included!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
