Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of rare barylite from Langban!!! This specimen hosts several areas of whitish barylite scattered throughout the matrix in association with some reddish pink tilasite!!! There are several other unidentified rare species in association as well!!! The pics don't even come close to doing this rare old timer justice!!! The barylite fluoreseces blue under SW UV and the tilasite fluoresces reddish (the overall fluorescence is MUCH brighter than the pics show)!!! This specimen is from the personal collection of Bob Jenkins and retains its original personal collection label in addition to several others as well!!!
