Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of barite from Arizona!!! This specimen consists of a sharp single crystal of barite with a group of smaller interpenetrant barite crystals in association!!! This specimen exhibits the characteristic golden color and sharp phantoms that are calling cards of this classic locality!!! The crystal is razor sharp and highly lustrous!!! Aside from the bottom of the crystal where it had been attached to the matrix, the crystal is complete and in fantastic condition!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
