Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of barite from this seldom referenced locale!!! This specimen is WAY better than the pics show and is quite showy in person!!! This specimen hosts a broad face covered with sharp, glassy, gemmy, colorless barite crystals!!! Because of their gemminess the crystals are difficult to see in the pics, however they are quite showy and dynamic in person!!! The crystals are undamaged and the specimen displays fantastically (anything that might appear to be damage in the pics are just naturally occuring complexities on the crystals edges and terminations)!!! Simply gorgeous old time material - WAY better than the pics show!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
