Azurite Tsumeb, Namibia 2cm x 1.15cm x .97cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of azurite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen came out of an old institutional stock and is old, first oxidation zone material!!! This specimen consists of a thick, chunky crystal of azurite in association with a small amount of an unidentified green mineral in association as well!!! This crystal is nearly as thick as it is wide!!! The crystal is sharp, lustrous, and has rich deep blue color with flashes of lively royal blue within!!! Classic material!!!
