Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of anatase from this famed Swiss locale!!! This specimen hosts an incredible group of dark, golden anatase crystals prominently perched on lustrous white adularia crystals in association with a sharp black octahedral crystal of magnetite!!! This locality has produced some truly extraordinary examples of anatase that are unlike those from any other locale!!! These crystals exhibit absolutely amazing morphology with highly complex features and razor sharp definition!!! The crystals have bright glassy luster with areas of gemmy, dark golden amber color and lively flashes of golden fire within!!! The anatase crystals range in size to over 1cm!!! There is a sharp, complete magnetite octahedron on the reverse of the specimen as well!!! The adularia crystals are sharp, lustrous, and complete!!! Simply a magnificent example of the species!!!
