Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely fantastic example of this rare lead telluride!!! This specimen hosts rich vein of metallic altaite that runs through the specimen, in addition to several isolated masses of altaite!!! The material exhibits the characteristic tin white color with bluish tarnish and one can even find tiny crystal faces when closely inspected!!! Simply a killer, old time altaite!!! It was very difficult to capture the richness and quality of the specimen in the pics!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
