Description/Interesting Notes: An unusual and aesthetic example of agate after barite from Wyoming!!! This specimen consists of a spiky "ball" of barite crystals that has been completely replaced by red to brown agate!!! This specimen came from some old collection material and retains a previous dealer label that indicates it came from the Ernestine Whiting collection!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
